For those interested in the original project, it can be found at GitHub - iConfig, while the source code for this new release is accessible at GitHub - mabu4ch.
In terms of functionality, all features from the original application have been retained. Notably, MIDI communication has been streamlined to a single-threaded operation, addressing previous issues with system lock-ups.
The new version is expected to maintain compatibility with all hardware MIDI interfaces supported by the original application. However, it is important to note that this release is not officially supported by the original developers.
